Pricing is based on the type of project, the amount of time it takes to produce the images, whether the work is done in my studio or on location, and the type of preparation that might be required beforehand, and then on the type of post-production work required, and finally on the delivered images and licensing.

My objective is to listen to your needs and deliver work that meets your objectives. You may have budgetary constraints that also need to be taken into account. I will work with you to determine what we can achieve within your budget.

Session Rates / Day Rate $150 / hr $600 / half day $1200 / day rate session time includes setup + travel + makeup artist available upon request + expenses, as applicable Booking Deposit: 50% of Session Estimate	Product Images Session Rate + $35/image (product only) or $80/image (product + person) You review the proofs of the images taken and only select the images you wish to purchase. Price includes image preparation / most retouching, high resolution image in JPG & TIFF format and usage license. + more advanced retouching / postproduction editing is $90/hr
Real Estate Photography Flat rate: $400 / location Special Price! Approx. 1 Hour Real Estate Photo Shoot, One Location, No advanced lighting or site preparation, includes travel <20 mi., High Resolution Images on CD with usage license.	Architectural Photography Session Rate + $55 / image For high-end architectural photography, this requires added preparation to evaluate best lighting needs, etc. Pricing based on Commercial Session rates + per image price. You review proofs, and select images you wish to purchase.
Chromakey / Background Elimination or Replacement I also offer photography against a "chromakey" background (blue or green screen) for use in removing and substituting the background of an image. This is often useful for commercial and advertising purposes and for special effects. For Chromakey work, the Image Preparation Fee is $45/image (this includes the image with one background substitution done). Depending on the nature of the photography, and image complexity, additional work may be done at $90/hr. Please call for a consultation. Additional background substitutions may be done at $15/image for just a solid color or gradient background or $30/image for photograph image backgrounds (instead of a solid color).
