Here I sit
On this side of Eternity
Wishing I could hear your voice once again.

What is it like in Heaven?
What was it like when Jesus took your hand?

In your final heartbeat, you stepped through the doorway
To the other side of Eternity.

I am so grateful for the life you lived,
The love you gave on this side of Eternity.
